RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Provide TTLS function expertise to the re-let competition - in particular: managing and generating TTLS tasks, requirements and artefacts to support Project and contracting activities.

 

Scope / Task Deliverables

 

  • Support the team to plan logistic activities for the project, identifying work packages, products, dependences, sequencing, durations and resource demands.
  • Identify TTLS Stakeholders & support the team to understand their influence and interest for the programme.
  • Agree with assurers which plans, documents and evidence are required for clients support contract.
  • Capture & Analyse TTLS Requirements, including ensuring a clear boundary between the new contractor and all existing/planned contractor in relation to support services.
  • Lead on production of a contract-quality Statement of Support Requirement, including acceptance criteria, for the clients contract.
  • Produce the ILSP and any other logistics documentation required by the assurance community, including the obsolescence management plan and reliability case.
  • Support the team (from logistics perspective) to produce and maintain project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and opportunities, project LFE.
  • Support the team to produce tender assessment criteria in relation to logistic support services.
  • Support the team, from a logistics perspective, to produce safety & environmental documentation relating to the support contract.
  • Support the team to devise contract KPIs to incentivise appropriate delivery performance for the support services.
  • Support the team with development of the Transition to Service plan.
  • Support the team to assess tendered proposals in relation to logistics support.
  • Support the team to finalise the contract Statement of Support Requirement.
  • Lead on acceptance of services against the contract Statement of Support Requirement.
  • Support the team with implementation of the Transition to Service plan.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • SQEP in TTLS and delivering against similar tasks and deliverables as outlined above.
  • Ability to support competition from TTLS perspective.
