OVERVIEW
Looking to source a Project Controls Manager is required to support Ministry of Defence activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Scope / Task Deliverables
- To act as focal point and integrate all project controls activities
- To assure quality and accuracy of all project controls data and artefacts
- Develop the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB)
- Manage and integrate multiple Project Controls teams
- Analyse performance of projects against the PMB
- Produce accurate financial forecasts for both operating expenditure (OPEX) and Equipment Programme spend.
- Manage resource planning
- Co-ordinate and Analyse risks
- Manage project scope and change
- Communicate and Influence.

- Capability in Industrial Leadership
- Strong Awareness of Planning and Scheduling
- Strong Awareness of Contract Management
- Strong Awareness of Cost Management
- Strong Awareness of Estimating.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or professional membership desirable
- Experience in at least one of cost control, scheduling, or risk management sub functions
- Experience of Project Support role or previous Project Controls Management assignment.
