- Oversee quality and process
- Oversee ABC
- Lead audit and internal compliance
- Oversee the Cost Control Finance team
- Work collaboratively
- Lead the integration with other PC sub functions to align to a collective outcome
- Lead the business unit.

- Good Capability of Controlling a Project (PC)
- Good Capability of Financial Planning, Reporting & Resource Allocation
- Good Capability of Financial Analysis, Management Information & Reporting
- Good Capability of Financial Assurance and Scrutiny
- Good Capability of Leading Financial Strategy
- Capability in Planning and Scheduling
- Capability in Project Risk
- Capability in Estimating
- Strong Awareness of Systems Accounting
- Strong Awareness of Ledger Management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified accountant (Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies (CCAB), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or international Equivalent)
- Extensive experience in Management Accounting or Financial accounting
- Extensive knowledge of Public Sector accounting.
