RESPONSIBILITIES

Scope / Task Deliverables

• Target the anticipated support to map and formalise dependencies, interdependencies and interface through a project dossier
• Understand the as-is assurance and governance regime to design and Target interventions to mature both areas                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
• Ensure coherence of the Astraea demand signal across the client portfolio through incorporation of key milestones and driving dependencies across all value streams
• Maturing the understanding and formalisation of upstream and downstream dependencies, interdependencies and interfaces
• Integrating information from IPD, Tech Centres and external suppliers to scenario model dependencies and inform decision making
• Develop Astraea risk analysis and management capability whilst upskilling the Astraea internal risk team                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
• Improve the maturity and provenance of the Astraea risk dataset through the provision of evidenced inputs into the workpacks
• Drive robust risk management through improving risk data maturity at monthly QSRAs across each PRT
• Undertake regular QSRAs with the PRTs to inform the key risks and Target scarce resource onto work that delivers the best value to the programme
• Provide prioritised schedule quality improvements
• Develop an integrated approach to risk analysis and management whilst working with client as one risk team
• Support the development of the child parent risk relationships to inform the key strategic risks across the RW programme
• Support key SLT meetings both internally and at the PMO level with mature, robust risk analyses
• Conduct critical path scenario modelling to derive risk-based decision support on aspects such as procurement or the supply chain development.
• Surface risk as a robust evidenced approach that underpins all key stakeholder engagements W19.
